Seamless Communication Platform
Utilizing the WinVoIP server and the RG100-SUIT RoIP Gateway, event organizers can communicate with their teams swiftly and efficiently. Whether through radios or smartphone apps, team members can quickly respond to any situation with ease.

Bridging Public Safety Radios with IP Devices
Winmate addresses interoperability challenges with the RG100-SUIT, offering voice and radio connectivity in a compact form. By directly connecting up to two donor radios to the RG100-SUIT, users can effortlessly link different radio networks, endpoints, or frequencies, ensuring smooth communication between organizations.

Enhancing Rescue Operations Efficiency
When radio signals are weak at the rescue site, the RG100-SUIT can be used on ambulances or fire engines to transmit signals through the Win Radio Cloud Server. This setup ensures communication between staff and command centers using radios and smartphones (via apps), even from remote offices.

Efficient Power Supply
With a 108.5Wh battery, this device can run for 9 hours without interruption. The efficient battery design supports extended usage, allowing for continuous operation during long shifts. Maintain productivity with reliable, all-day power.

Product FAQs
What is the Winmate RG100-SUIT?
The RG100-SUIT is a fully integrated, Portable RoIP Gateway Solution housed inside a rugged carrying case.
- Concept: It transforms the RG100 from a fixed/vehicle device into a "Man-Portable" communication hub. It includes the RG100 gateway unit, a built-in battery pack, antennas, and power management, allowing it to operate autonomously in the field without external power.
How does it differ from the standard RG100?
- RG100 (Standard): Designed for permanent installation in vehicles (police cars) or server rooms. It requires external power wiring.
- RG100-SUIT: Designed for Mobility. You can carry it to a disaster site, open the lid, and turn it on. It is an all-in-one kit for scenarios where no infrastructure exists.
What is the main advantage of the Suitcase version?
Rapid Deployment. In emergencies like earthquakes or forest fires, establishing communication is critical. The RG100-SUIT allows a responder to set up a cross-platform communication bridge (Radio-to-LTE) within minutes of arriving at the scene, acting as an instant "Pop-up Command Post."
How is the unit powered in the field?
It features a robust Built-in Battery Module.
- Runtime: It is typically engineered to support 8 to 12 hours of continuous operation (depending on usage patterns), ensuring it lasts through a full deployment shift.
- Charging: It supports AC charging (wall outlet) and often DC charging (vehicle power) for versatility.
Is it complicated to set up?
No. It is designed for Plug-and-Play operation. The system is pre-wired internally. Users simply open the case, deploy the antennas (if external), connect their handheld radio to the interface cable, and power it on. It automatically connects to the pre-configured 4G/LTE network.
What wireless networks does it support?
Just like the standard RG100, it supports:
- 4G LTE: Via SIM card slots for cellular backhaul.
- Wi-Fi: For local connectivity.
- Satellite Backhaul: The Ethernet port allows connection to satellite terminals (like Starlink), enabling communication even in remote areas with no cell service.
How rugged is the case?
The system uses an industrial-grade Hard Case (similar to Pelican cases). It provides IP67-rated protection against water and dust when closed, and is shock-resistant, crush-proof, and corrosion-resistant, protecting the sensitive electronics during transport in rough terrain.
Can I control the device while it is in the case?
Yes. The RG100 unit is mounted into a custom bezel panel inside the case. The Touchscreen Display remains fully accessible, allowing operators to change channels, monitor battery status, or configure settings without removing the unit.
Who is this product designed for?
- Search and Rescue (SAR): Teams hiking into remote areas who need to link their radios to the main command center.
- Disaster Relief: Creating a communication bubble in areas where infrastructure has been destroyed.
- Military & Defense: Tactical bridging of disparate radio networks in the field.
- Event Security: Temporary command posts for large events like marathons or festivals.
Is it heavy? Can one person carry it?
It is designed to be Man-Portable. Depending on the battery size configuration, it typically weighs between 5kg to 8kg. It features a heavy-duty handle, allowing a single person to carry it to the deployment site easily.
