Thermal Analysis
By using thermal simulation software, Winmate can analyze real-world thermal problems easily, quickly, and accurately. With a new breed of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools, this simulation is based on the same mathematical foundation as traditional CFD software but is easy to use.

Almost every real-world thermal problem can be easily, quickly, and accurately analyzed, and computational results recommend solutions. Prototypes can be made once the designs pass the thermal simulation minimizing cost, time, and manpower.

The calculation will consider at least below factor: Major component’s material properties, Thermal Design Power, Fan curve, Ambient/ External flow condition, Heat flow, Default Emissivity, the emissivity of all heat sinks and materials.
The output report is visualized and ready for our thermal engineer to work on.

Thermal Design Verification
The panel PC combines the display with an industrial motherboard inside. In the idea analysis stage, we develop a low power consumption motherboard (fan/ fanless) and provide dedicated thermal analysis technology using thermal analysis software. Before production, we use an Infrared thermal video system (TVS) to check if our thermal design works.
We use Thermal Profile to select the critical monitoring points for thermal testing. And we will also check if the measured temperatures exceed the defined operating temperature specification for each component.
