What is this technology?
Following the different demands of shock and vibration in all different kinds of applications, we can provide a different grade of shock or vibration standards for our product range. With the choice of high-tech materials such as butyl rubber, ENR, high damping silicone, and SBR and the right mechanical design we ensure compliance with the required testing standards.
In the product design, we also consider the packing design, to full fill the requested standard. With various procedures, we verify the anti-shock, vibration, and drop testing to make sure our product fulfills the standard.

Ⅰ. Vibration Test
Vibration tests check the mechanical resonance in all 3 directions (X, Y, and Z). With the testing result, our mechanical engineers can optimize the design, to make the product most reliable for the user. During and after this procedure the product needs to be 100% functional and no mal-function happens.
Ⅱ. Shock Test
Shock tests check how rugged the design is in all 3 directions (X, Y, and Z). With the testing result, our mechanical engineers can optimize the design, to make the product most reliable for the user. During and after this procedure the product needs to be 100% functional and no mal-function happens.
Ⅲ. Drop Test
Mainly for package design, Drop test ensure the products won't be damaged during transportation
After the drop test, the product needs to be 100% working.
